One Lost Soul Swimmin' in a Fish Bowl - Day Five




Not a lot to say about day five. Oh, wait, yeah ... That bird stuck in that tree became dislodged due to the level of wind gusts. It was very hollow. Poor thing. 

Happy to report, though, that they have removed the corn from the field across the road, so we can once again enjoy watching the deer (the ones that survive anyway) that live back in the woods. It's bow season, followed by loud-bangy-weapon season, so I shall hope they will make it. I don't think the neighbors allow hunting in their woods, so that's a bonus.

Day Five Progress

Weight: 211.0

What I ate:

- Coffee with HWC and a few drops of liquid stevia
 
- The leftover Santa Fe Beef Bowl with some Chihuahua cheese and sour cream that I did not measure

- Salad 
    * Lettuce 
    * Queso Fresco cheese 14 grams
    * Homemade ranch dressing 
    * Meijer French Fried Onions - 9 grams

Clearly no food styling going on here ... No filters either; just non-magical kitchen lighting

- Spicy Dill Pickle almonds - 21 grams (A serving size is 28 grams) 
- The Afternoon Coffee

   * Just for gits and shiggles, I checked the macros: 




*What part of Alfredo WITHOUT pasta or pizza crust requires wheat? I don't get it. Also, I don't understand using sugar in Alfredo. Final review - it was something to eat. Will I ever get it again? No. As for Papa John's bowls, this was the one with the least carbs. You can see by the picture that I did not eat the entire thing. It was just yuck after a while. 

- I think I had a few Spicy Dill Pickle almonds after that, but just a few.  

- Pork rinds and chip dip
