The past is behind you ... Always


Hey, you!

Congratulations! You made it through your first 12-week year, and you never stopped believing (cue Journey) that you’d get here, and absolutely crush those goals! You didn’t cave! You didn’t give up!

Look what you have done! You totally returned full-throttle to keto! Isn’t it amazing how excellent you feel now? You have met AND exceeded that 15-pound weight loss. I knew you would! On top of that, you are now NON-diabetic! Brilliant!

By this point, you should know how absolutely much you rock. Nothing else matters. You outlined what you wanted to do, and you did it by any means necessary. Amazing!  

So, since you passed your first 12-week year with FLYING COLORS, what do you want to do now? The world is definitely your proverbial oyster, so just think about it, and you will totally get it done!
