I Fall to Pieces Parts

So, yeah ... See above.

I did it. I finally made a doc appointment to get a grip on this recurring headache theme that's been going on for the last week or so. That combined with the complete and utter urge to do nothing has got me in a bit of a funk.

I am tickled that I have finally launched my "store" on Creative Fabrica where I'm selling digital stuffs. It's not even about cashflow. I am learning a lot about design and making listings on platforms and learning to use an assortment of tools to get shit done.

I made this collection last night:

It's not up yet, but I think it's pretty spiffy. You saw it here first, so if it becomes a viral, blockbuster, international best-selling item, you can say you saw it before anyone else :)

This one was made with the help of AI (Leonardo.AI to be precise) with some minor adjustments and filters and the like, but what I want to learn how to do is make seamless patterns without AI.

Now that I've got the new puter, I need to either work on Photopea, or get Photoshoppe, and take some classes. Classes I can get on Creative Fabrica or on YouTube. Which means I also need to take some classes to learn how to use the graphics tablet. I did actually get it installed and set up the other day, and toyed around with it for a minute, but life was going on, and I just wasn't in the mind frame to concentrate on learning new stuff.

I'm learning a lot about people relations in my work. Diplomacy and tact, to be more precise. It's challenging not to say what is really going on in your brain. It's challenging to sit here and think harder about solutions rather than just issuing forth complaints. I've gotten much better at not saying anything unless I have ideas or solutions first.

In other news, it's kind of exciting - we're getting new windows! I'm guessing what we have are the original units installed when this house was built in 1955-ish. Antiquated does not accurately or fully described their state. We're also getting a metric fuqueton of concrete removed and revamping the exterior surrounds. Pictures shall ensue.

It's exciting to think about how great things will look. It will be spectacular!

Meanwhile, I've got some stuff to sell either on Marketplace, or eBay. Need to take a hot minute or five this weekend and get things ready and listed. The biggest one will be the piano. It needs a home where it can thrive and live its best musical life. Then, there will be some Bratz and Monster High dolls, and a few very odd pieces, like this:

and a terrifying angel-like figure that I cannot bear to photograph yet, lest it steal my soul in the process.

Everything will work out. It always does.

I don't think I have much else to say today.

Hope you have a lovely day!
